Tom is running for congress to make a difference in our community and our country.  Tom has not been part of the problem in Michigan, but will work diligently if elected to implement the solutions. It seems throughout the 5th Congressional District we keep having the same names running for different positions with the same outcomes once they are elected. Tom Wassa Has Served His Community Honorably

Tom Wassa has served his community as a police officer, firefighter and chief of police with integrity and commitment for over 27 years. A good police officer just like a good elected official can take in a lot of information, weed out the nonsense and come to a conclusion that is best for the community. This is a quality Tom possesses and will use if elected to congress. Along with protecting his community Tom has served as a village councilman and as president of a non-profit social service organization.

Tom knows that Michigan can be strong economically again. If elected he will work to remove burdensome regulations and taxes that hurt your pocketbooks and that make it hard for our businesses to grow and expand here.
